Cool painting! Also, about your skateboard question, I used normal acrylic paint so that should be fine I did sand the board before and varnished it afterwards.. :)
Thank you for the tip! I would have messed up! Aaron Bros. sells skateboards to paint. They do appear to have varnish on them. I can't see the paint sticking. I'll sand it down.
